Introduction
If you're going to work in a registered club or hotel and your duties involve gaming machines, you must complete competency training in the Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG). If you don't have valid evidence that you've completed the RCG training required for working with gaming machines, you could be fined.
Study a Statement of Attainment in Responsible Conduct of Gambling - 162-R1010V02 at TAFE NSW Skip to Content Campus and customer contact centre holiday opening hours. TasTAFE is the premier provider of education and training services within Tasmania. We operate from campuses in all areas of the state.
You'll need to be trained by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) approved by Liquor & Gaming NSW. You can find an approved RTO through the Liquor & Gaming NSW website.
Once you've undertaken your training, you'll need to Apply for an RSA or RCG photo competency card if you don't already have one.
